Orchestraitor is a Rust workspace secured by Arbitraitor. The trusted control plane owns orchestration, provider/harness adapters, context compilation, and developer experience. Arbitraitor owns every security decision — sandboxing, policy, approvals, provenance, output promotion, and receipts.
